Are these real brand fragrances?

- We craft inspired blends that capture the essence of luxury fragrances delivering the same high-quality experience at a fraction of the price. VRSN offers an affordable alternative to your favorite designer scents, with no affiliation to the original brands.

Are VRSN fragrances long lasting?

- Our fragrances are designed to be long-lasting matching, and in some cases even exceeding, the staying power of designer scents, depending on the blend.

How long will a bottle of perfume last?

- How long a bottle lasts depends on your personal usage. On average, a 50ml bottle used once daily will last approximately 2 to 3 months.

What is the concentration of your perfume?

- Our concentration % ranges from 17% to 25% depending on the scent in question. Each fragrance has the concentration listed on the product page for complete transparency with our customers.

Do you offer free shipping?

- We offer free shipping on orders over $75 & subscription orders!

Can I change my shipping address?

- If you place an order to the wrong address, please email us at hello@vrsnscents.com or open a support ticket in our chat feature on the site and we will be happy to assist you in finding a solution to your problem.

- Our customer service team operates between the hours of 10 am EST & 5 PM EST every day. Please note if you reach out outside of these hours the ticket will be submitted the following day.

When will my order ship?

- Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process.

- When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation.

What’s your return policy?

- We offer free returns up to 30 days after delivery of your products! Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Open a support ticket with our chat in order to start the process of returning your order or email us at hello@vrsnscents.com

Can I exchange my perfume for another?

- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
